1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 1mDC services, including Windows VPS hosting, Residential IP service components, billing, client-area access, support, and related hosting features.

By ordering, using, renewing, or accessing any 1mDC service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Services Provided

1mDC provides hosting services including a Windows VPS package with dedicated resources such as RAM, CPU, NVMe storage, Residential IP, and USA location as described on the order page. Exact service specifications may vary only where clearly communicated before purchase or renewal.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for securing your login credentials, VPS access, applications, and data.
• Any activity performed through your account or server is your responsibility unless proven otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use 1mDC services for illegal, abusive, harmful, or high-risk activity. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, or fraudulent activity.
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, unauthorized access, or network abuse.
• Hosting or distributing illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Activities that damage the reputation, network, infrastructure, or other customers of 1mDC.

5. Payments and Billing

Prices are shown in BDT unless otherwise stated. Services must be paid before activation or renewal. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension, termination, or data loss.

6. Suspension and Termination

1mDC may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse reports, violation of these Terms, security risks, or requests from law enforcement or network providers.

7. Backups and Data

You are responsible for keeping your own backups unless a separate backup service is explicitly included in your order. 1mDC is not responsible for data loss caused by user action, software issues, suspension, termination, compromise, or third-party provider events.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. 1mDC is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, service interruptions, third-party failures, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the affected billing period.
